I had a great experience with Fletcher Longstaff. I engaged FL to act as my conveyancer on a London flat purchase. The flat is share of freehold, so more complex than the average transaction. What stood out most for me was the communication. Led by Tom H, FL's communication throughout the process was excellent. FL was also highly responsive, getting back to any emails I sent and questions I asked within 24 hours - always explaining things clearly. On a couple of occasions when issues/misunderstandings arose, FL addressed them promptly and without fuss.
